White Wine
Pinot Gris
Originally from Burgundy, this medium-to-full-bodied white is harvested early for refreshing acidity. Flavors of citrus, lemon, lime, and tropical notes like melon and mango.
Pairs with: Seafood, crab and lobster, salads, mild cheeses
Serving: 48°F. Allow 10 minutes to breathe after opening.

White Wine
Viognier
An ancient grape with Croatian origins, grown by Romans in the Rhone Valley. Full-bodied with floral aromas, mild natural sweetness, and notes of apricot, peach, honeysuckle, and tangerine. Often fermented in oak. Typically harvested in early September.
Pairs with: Chicken and pork, Thai cuisine, spicy and smoky foods
Serving: 50 to 55°F. Light and enchanting.

Red Wine
Cabernet Franc
Established in Southwest France in the 17th century and grown worldwide. Distinctive herbaceous and bell pepper aromas with notes of strawberries and raspberries. Our 2022 vintage is bolder and richer than the 2021 version.
Pairs with: Grilled meats, roasted vegetables, hard cheese
Serving: 60 to 68°F. Decant for 30 minutes.
